I’m Jessie Jellicorse, an artist living on the outskirts of Raleigh, North Carolina. My creative journey unfolds in the pockets of time I carve out for painting and writing—moments I’ve fought for over the years in my quest for peace and stillness. Often, I approach these spaces with a mind overwhelmed and flooded with thoughts. Yet, through the outpouring of my heart in words and pigment, I find relief.
